The M1 is a convenient and versatile feeder for wall mount or for rail hanging, and when empty can be 'nested' for easy carrying and storage. The small teat-well at the bottom leaves almost no waste milk. Made of UV stabilised polypropylene. Five-litre capacity. Supplied with Shoof Little Softy teat, complete with intake elbow/valves. The rail-hanging M1 is easiest to use. The strong plastic rail-hooks have grip teeth and high tensile strength to firmly grip any rail, wood or pipe, up to 38mm (1½") thick. Replacement Little Softy teats and rail hooks available. Ad-Lib Feeding: Use with cold milk as an ad-lib feeder. The cold milk limits over-feeding, and also keeps longer. In fact, to assist, drop an Esky cold pack, or a small frozen bottle of water in the milk. Remember to cover the feeder with something to keep flies out. The black Excal 'Regular' teat is not recommended for newborns, but it will last longer with stronger animals feeding ad-lib.
